We are a Conference and Events Centre based in Coventry, Warwickshire in the West Midlands.

We offer Conferences, Events, Team Building, Product Launches, Exhibitions, Fun Days, Festivals, Weddings, Parties, Proms, Christmas Parties.
In addition to our Conference Centre, we have onsite 4* accommodation with Old Hall House and glamping pods, restaurant and so much more.

Where we are

Our location affords easy accessibility and 160 acres of space. That includes lakes, woodland and park. And with modern and adaptable indoor meeting spaces too, we can accommodate most functions. Although our rural location may feel remote, it is only minutes from main road and rail networks. 8 minutes from the M6, M42 & A45 and less than 30 minutes from M1 & M40.
As a result you can enjoy all that the Warwickshire countryside has to offer but be on your way home within minutes.
We are located between Fillongley and Meriden. Meriden is the absolute geographical centre of England. This means most of the large centres of population are within about two hours travel time.


Whether you’re looking for a different type of meeting venue, or space to run a team building activity, we have answers for all requirements. Because of this you can let your imagination run wild. We make company event dreams come true. Our company motto is Dream Big, Everything is Possible!

Our event managers, catering teams, and event hosts can ensure your corporate event runs without a hitch.

As we are privately owned and have a fully flexible approach, we can organise virtually any corporate function for you. Ranging from a conference, product launch, corporate fun day with a festival theme or team building to a secure small meeting, we can do it all.

We cater for conferences up to 650/700 people and corporate fun days for thousands.

  • Carbon Free Dining
  • Certified Restaurant from The Green Earth Appeal.
  • Commitment to reduce CO2 levels in the atmosphere.
  • Support of poverty reduction and the reversal of deforestation & desertification
  • Tree planting scheme – 20,000 trees & plants planted with a further 18,000 trees to be planted. Part of planning for a 4 x 4 course
  • Boreholes for water supply
  • Compostable cutlery used on outdoor events
  • Recycling: waste materials created from the everyday business operations are recycled. This includes: paper, cardboard, glass & plastic bottles, food packaging & food waste
  • Striving to be a paperless office

On site we have around 30 Wild Muntjac Deer, Geese, Ducks, Carp Fish, Insects, Frogs, Rabbits, Birds all enjoying the open access to woodlands, lake & wetland areas.
